Bob is a pioneer of Wi-Fi as one of the founding members of the IEEE 802.11 WLAN standard. As a former Gartner VP, he pioneered the Mobile MQ’s. As the former Chief Research Officer at CEB’s TowerGroup, Egan’s early recognition about potentials of mobile banking gave his clients a jump on their competition.
